The café is the heart of CAYA—serving up fresh, seasonal food and excellent coffee, with options to dine in or grab and go. And if the kids get restless, they can have a blast in the play areas while you enjoy your meal or a drink.

Whether you need a quiet space to work, catch up with a friend, or simply unwind, we’ve created a haven with cozy sofas, private booths, and areas to work. With fast Wi-Fi, an analog library, and a café nearby, it’s the ultimate adult getaway within CAYA.

Get your endorphins flowing with our lineup of fitness classes including barre, pilates, and yoga, or hit the Peloton equipment for a more flexible workout. It’s all about self-care while the little ones are having a blast.

Analog is the name of the game in this game room. You can find old classics to new favorites along with cozy places to play. We have tiny soccer players too for the ultimate foosball tournament.

Mommies get their own sanctuary with our thoughtfully designed nursing room. It’s equipped with comfy chairs, a footrest, and a changing table to make feeding time a bit more soothing and stress-free.

We don’t actually have crying room but we know parenting and life in general can be rough. At CAYA we want to take care of you so you don’t feel like a crying room is a good idea.

It’s not the crew from Stonybroke but it is the next best thing. Our indoor play areas are staffed with professionals highly qualified and experienced in childcare, safety, education, and fitness providing some respite for parents when taking a class or enjoying the Adult Lounge.
